CHS E-Mail Signature
Go to http://home.henriettaambulance.org/email-signature
• Select "CLICK HERE IF YOU NEED TO CREATE A NEW EMAIL SIGNATURE"
• Enter your NAME, TITLE and CELL (if desired)
• For TITLE, be sure to enter each title in its own box (click "ADD ANOTHER ITEM")
• Click SAVE
• Select your name in the pull-down.
• Click APPLY.
• Your signature will appear.
• Select the entire signature (including the dotted line above your name).
• Copy.
• Paste into Gmail under SETTINGS > GENERAL > SIGNATURE. NOTE: Depending on the e-mail accounts you have setup in Gmail, you may need to enter the signature in multiple places. See the pull-down below.
• Click SAVE CHANGES
• If you need to make a change to your signature, click EDIT SIGNATURE at the bottom of the page
